Rturn Policy

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery) at sales@pawnmove.net. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your correct e-mail address and phone number.

pawnmove.net will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. Please have your order number available when you contact our Customer Care Service.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when pawnmove.net has received and processed your return.

RETURN

As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return, let us know. You have 10 days from the date you received it.

Items must be returned to us unused with all Original tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

If you wish to change the product, then simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Pawn Move account or future orders being refused.

Late Returns, At the discretion of Pawn Move, any Product returned outside of the deadline for returns may not be accepted or only accepted for site credit.

REFUND

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or, if selected, Pawn Move credit on the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10-20 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers, if your refund is being issued as Pawn Move credit, this will show on your account as soon as your refund is processed. For international orders, the costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
